Review on Nothing Something by Michael Hellewell

The team at NS is really great! They are incredibly responsive (both via email/phone), always willing to go above & beyond what's needed, have incredible problem solving skills - I don't think there has ever been an issue that they couldn't figure out how to solve within 24 hours or less of being assigned it. There was no project management process until recently when we hired someone new who came up with one. We've had some issues getting our logo designed but those were resolved quickly once received. Their ability to take a concept from initial sketch through final product is amazing. It takes time and patience to get something just right because you're working closely together every step of the way. No complaints here so far though. Our website redesign / rebranding took place during COVID-19 lockdown which meant many people weren't able to attend meetings in person due to social distancing restrictions. This made communication difficult.
