I ordered a chair and the first one came with a defect: the screws didn't fit properly, causing the armrest to dangle. So I had to take care of the return shipping, which was a big problem. The second came and was assembled correctly. It's nice to look at but not very comfortable (I suppose it depends on the height of the person - I'm 6ft 1ft). A major issue I had was that the wheels work too well: when I recline the chair it often starts to slide backwards, further compounding the lack of comfort. Also, it creaks a lot. I've played around with tightening and loosening the bolts and while this changes the squeak it doesn't fix it.
