The support team was very helpful, always responded quickly to my questions via email or chat (also available during business hours). I liked that it offered me many options for tracking leads/clicks but didn't seem like there were an overwhelming amount compared with other systems we've used in previous years at work so nothing really stands out as dislikeable about this system - just had some minor issues here &there where they could have been better communicated before purchase though not major problems otherwise! We track click throughs from our website into various tools such us Marketing Automation platforms etc., It's great because you can see what content your visitors are interacting wtih most often too if thats something people want tracked down more info-wise then its good when looking back over reports after implementing changes later.
