Delivers lots of power

I know people scold these panels for not charging their dead batteries but I turned one on in the evening, the sun was practically gone and the battery was at 12%. The next day at 6pm the battery was 96% charged and approximately 12 minutes of video was recorded between installation and the charge check. go to work. I have three of these, one for each camera, and none of them have charged below 95% since installing them.
