I received this fleece neck cover yesterday and this morning it worked great in the cold and windy conditions. It's about 9 inches tall so you can pull it up and over your mouth and nose while still being big enough to cover your neck at the same time. Personally, this cover is good for me because I get asthma from the cold winter air, and the mouth and nose cover is very good for me in the cold winter time. The fleece material is of good quality and the neck cover is actually very light and does not feel "bulky" when worn; it easily fits in a jacket pocket along with a winter hat.
