I would like an option below 1 star. My wife and I bought it and when we got the instructions there was a note on the front saying that when packing, 4 mounting tubes slipped into 4 other tubes to save space. The fact that this note accompanies the official instructions tells me that this tube-in-tube packaging was not the original packaging for this item and was probably started by the manufacturer to save pennies on the cost. Delivery / Materials. somehow. Whatever the reason for replacement, it is IMPOSSIBLE to remove hoses that have become wedged in other hoses. I'm not a weak person, but I couldn't even move them by hand and I tried every means I could think of. It soon became apparent that there was no way for me to separate the two sets of parts without destroying them completely. I don't know when they started packaging it this way, but as of today 10/13/14 I strongly advise you to stay away from this useless article. Incredibly annoying to say the least.
