This is my first smart trainer but I have no complaints about it. Noise levels vary greatly depending on tires, tire pressure, and how hard you press the machine onto the wheel. I suggest if you get a lot of noise try to get special trainer tires or something else with no tread and it will greatly reduce the noise you get from it. Pairing can be fiddly at times, but like all other Bluetooth things I can't talk to ANT+ pairing yet, but will update if I run into any issues in the future.
