This was a great inspirational purchase, true to the size chart. They differ from the usual sensations when walking / running. They will leave you wondering how to walk for the first time since you tried walking in heels. But that's ok, I don't understand the physics or physiology of how to do this but damn they make you feel like you have a trampoline under your toes and if that doesn't get you to move and to race, xs , dude.
