Ideal for lightly soiled leather seats. Slightly soiled leather seats. Also great for headliners and door panels

Good brush I use this to clean dashboards and headliners and door panels, it's great for that. Not the best option for cleaning real dirty leather. It's too soft for dirty leather and I mean when you come across a car whose leather hasn't been cleaned in years. Years of dirt in the skin. This is not my brush for this. A color-fixed leather brush is much better for this, but if it's just light dirt on a fairly new car and not years of dirt that has set into the leather, then yes, this brush will do the job. I sell used cars. I mostly sell cars for $5000 to $8995 so I see some dirty car interiors. Great for dashboards, as said, light dirt on leather is also great for cleaning door panels, makes for a good clean, but a paint locking brush is best for very dirty and soiled leather. updated 18.07. The wood in this brush is rotten and some of the bristles have broken after a few months of use. I am a professional and do not use any harsh chemicals with this brush as it is not suitable for heavily soiled leather seats or headliners or soft carpet on door panels. Copes well with lightly but not heavily soiled interiors. However, it was a good tool for your personal account. I rinsed this brush in warm water and let it air dry before putting it away after each use. I have other brushes that are better for dirty leather seats that I have sometimes used harsh chemicals with, and they never rot. And they are cheaper. It won't, but again, what a shame.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
