After 6 months the bottle and cap no longer hold together when the bottle is removed for refilling causing the cap to become stuck in the body. No problem, I thought. I emailed as instructed to take advantage of the lifetime warranty sold and get a new bottle and cap. After repeated attempts via email and also via the message center, I received no response. I can't find this company number anywhere. The company sells the cap and bottle for almost 70% of the price of the entire bundle, so I think I understand their strategy.
