I originally ordered this belt for running, I found it invaluable and an essential accessory for running. I have since ordered 2 more, I have the large belts in pink, black and grey. I started running again after a drastic weight loss, I was a size 8 or 10 when I ordered them and they fit perfectly and didn't move or slide while running. Since then I've been a size 6 or smaller depending on the pants (waist 27 inches) so they started to lift during my runs so I'm looking for something smaller. My cell phone, my glasses, my ID card, my car keys and sometimes even a small pocket knife easily fit into the pockets. I'm sure a small pepper spray is also easy to carry around. I sometimes consider taking a small 9mm Glock 43 with me, although I have a feeling this strap will hold it, I might only do so if open carry were allowed as it will certainly push.
