This product is easy to use. This is a ball that you freeze or heat up to use on yourself. I give this product a maximum of three stars. It doesn't stay cold for very long and I'm sure it's fine if you only use it on a part of yourself. The rubbing of plastic and metal is uncomfortable, but I can take it. smell but!
