I had a bad experience with IVIDEOSONGS' online store when I tried to buy an instrument from there lately. It was hard to find what I was looking for on the website, and the product descriptions were too general. When I attempted to return my purchase because it did not suit me, the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. It was clear that they didn't care about or understand music. Overall, I was not pleased with my experience and would not suggest their online store to anyone seeking a simple and satisfying transaction.
