Wheels don't have locks and don't need
Although I needed a smaller threaded part that I don't think even hardware stores can provide, I jumped at the chance and bought these 1 inch wheels. There are locks I didn't need because the wheels are strong enough to stay in place. I used them on a 6 foot high wire rack on which I placed heavy bottles of oil, gallons of water, spices and vinegar.
