Not a great choice for escapist hamsters

I wanted to love this, since I've read that the slats in hamster wheels can break tiny hamster feet and toes. And I did! For three whole minutes! Up until the point my tiny hamster used her tiny feet and toes to just climb the net walls of this instead like she was training for a tiny ninja warrior competition. So while this will probably be a great pen for guinea pigs, it's just a tall gateway to the great unknown for a Lilliputian hamster.

The tent can be easily stored when not in use

The tent may not provide enough privacy for pets who prefer to hide
