Amazingly fluffy on skirts
I love 40's/50's style dresses and loose dresses are my favorite. I have worn two different crinoline petticoats, which I got very cheaply, under my dresses and was always a bit dissatisfied with their effect on my petticoat. This petticoat is SO fluffy. i am absolutely in love A long time ago I regretted not spending money on a Malco Modes petticoat. I intend to buy a few more in the future!
