We've had a Genie keyboard for the last 5 years but it hasn't worked well for the last year so we finally made the switch. Wanted something small that I could keep in my purse and my husband in his pocket. It seemed like the perfect solution. Programming was easy - press the learn button on our garage opener, press one of the buttons on the remote, press the button again. Did! Problem? Every time I programmed one remote, the programming was removed from the other. After 2 days I finally googled the problem. It turns out this is a common occurrence and the solution is to erase all programs from the garage opener itself and reprogram them one at a time on each remote. After that, both remotes worked! Deducted one star because it wasn't in the instructions and couldn't be found on the gin website.
