After a little research, some of which actually turned out to be useful, we decided on this device. Doesn't produce the "biggest" ozone, but reviews say it's effective and easy to use. It was definitely easy to use. Clear, concise instructions. I called the company's support. Although they weren't as responsive as I needed, I received a call back from a knowledgeable representative within a day. We opened the box, read the instructions, put the dog in the car, and turned on the oven fans for constant work. We have equipped the operating room with multiple fans for extra air movement after treatment. Set the OdorStop OS2500UV in the boiler room in the basement to "medium" for "two hours" - and leave it for four hours. Estimated time is two hours. Two hours after treatment for fans to ventilate the air. We returned to the house, where there was no smell. No strong ozone smell. No damp basement smell. No residual dog or kitchen odors. Nothing. Excellent. My question, which was answered the next day, was about the many facilities on the ground floor above the operation of the facility. Poinsettias, cacti, orchids and more - how does ozone affect them? The answer was that for a short duration, such as e.g. B. our "two hours", would not be affected. The plants were fine - no damage. We intend to run the installation monthly for several months and then evaluate the desired frequency. This is any day trip that includes a dog. The device is easy to install and remove after use. I can imagine using it when we are rented out on holidays and leaving it there for an hour before renting it out. There will be some maintenance with "ceramic plates" and paper filters, but probably not for infrequent use. If we learn something, we will publish it in the future. And when we find a side benefit of pest control, as mentioned in other reviews, we add "me too". The rodent control benefit would be a plus as they seem to want to move in when the weather turns cold.
