They are very attentive to their customer's needs and always willing to make changes as needed. The team is constantly growing and has lots of new features being developed. It can be difficult to get specific information about what is happening with your account. Sometimes it takes several emails back and forth before you receive an answer. I highly recommend using them! Their support staff is amazing and they have a lot of resources available to help get things up and running quickly. We use them for our web application that integrates with their database. Their integration capabilities are key in getting our users onto the platform efficiently.
