Difficult implementation; poor Customer Service

I like the way VBOUT connects with the Facebook, Instagram and Twitter platforms, so the team can send messages to followers and engage with customers in a personalized way. I also like the ability to segment my leads and send different messages to different segments. The setup can take a while, but once it is set up, it is easy to use. The customer service I received was not great. I had to spend a lot of time waiting for a reply and the replies I received were unhelpful. I think VBOUT has potential, but the customer support needs to improve. I am solving two problems with VBOUT - tracking our leads and engaging with them in an automated way and creating campaigns and automating our marketing.

  • Also good segmentation features make sure you don't reach wrong people or have unwanted contact by sending too many emails etc.etc
Cons
  • Customer Service could be better if they would respond faster when contacted
