Difficult implementation; poor Customer Service

I like the way VBOUT connects with the Facebook, Instagram and Twitter platforms, so the team can send messages to followers and engage with customers in a personalized way. I also like the ability to segment my leads and send different messages to different segments. The setup can take a while, but once it is set up, it is easy to use. The customer service I received was not great. I had to spend a lot of time waiting for a reply and the replies I received were unhelpful. I think VBOUT has…

Great platform to use if you're not comfortable doing your OWN marketing

We used vbout for our client's digital campaign which involved building custom content (blog posts & videos) designed specifically around each clients' website traffic sources by using HubSpot data pulled into Wordpress via Mailchimp templates/plugins - this was great!
