A typical Pi case. Nothing spectacular. When mine arrived everything seemed fine. As an added bonus, the box included both a micro HDMI to HDMI adapter as shown in the picture and a micro HDMI to HDMI cable with a little note saying you bought it from Vilros. Of course, I was also asked to leave a product review, so here I am. Now, having collected the whole block, the crisis of all crises has come. Pi worked great. The power supply did the trick. The fan is not too loud. But, oh dear. The tiny rubber feet attached to the case were stamped incorrectly! Oh no! my day is ruined Well I just went to the Vilro website and sent a friendly email. Her answer was pretty simple. They just wanted to know if the address in the footer of my email was correct and immediately sent a new set. The package was even wrapped in pretty bubble wrap so the new legs arrived safe and sound in just a few days. Yes, this is a review of a basic Raspbery Pi case with no frills or accessories. It's not that exciting, but when you're dealing with a company that offers exceptional support, even when things don't go my way, that's pretty cool. There is a good chance that next time I search for pi I will find this company first!
