Review on The Retirement Analysis Kit by Darrin Lucas

I like how easy it makes calculating projected savings for taxes, pensions or future annuities to be handled with this program! So far so good but there's not much else i can say about this product since they don't have any other options in terms of features yet (i think). It would help if their customer service had more support staff at least when needing assistance during an issue such as tax calculations etc.. Maybe one day we will see some enhancements from them regarding additional tools? We're using RAK mainly because our previous system was outdated & slow-to use which made managing all accounts very difficult especially trying keep track of everything related to each account/user throughout different departments within my organization.
