No chef can be without this
I saw this in a European magazine, and thought it was kind of a neat little gadget. Was I wrong! It is now one of the most useful tools in my kitchen. It is so easy to put a loaf of bread in, have neat slices and 95% of the crumbs contain, and it is turned from being a gadget to a most necessary tool! Being a personal chef it is hard to find tools that not only look good but provide a great service.
- Looks great on the counter, and serves it’s purpose well.
- The acacia wood may absorb moisture, causing it to warp or shrink
