Does not support 4k games according to LG support

Bought to replace another non-IPS 4k monitor. Installed and used the included Displayport cable. The first time I used it, I noticed graphical glitches and actually crashed my computer. My computer is 5950x with 3090 TI and I've always used 4k monitors for gaming and everyday use. The thought was to upgrade to a 160Hz 4k monitor with an IPS screen. With the cable that came with it, I had an unstable computer every time I downloaded a game. Plug in my old monitor, no problem. Old monitor - 32 inch, 4k, 144Hz. LG says it doesn't use the included DisplayPort cable, instead only using HDMI for gaming. HDMI does not allow 160 Hz. closed support case. I strongly recommend not doing this
