Nice chair, easy to swivel, swivel/tilt and move on casters. Two notes: 1) During assembly, the instructions attach the armrests to the seat first, then the backrest. I had to loosen the screws on the seat to easily assemble the backrest. I would suggest attaching the armrests to the backrest first, and then the armrest/backrest to the seat, but don't tighten all the screws until everything is in place. 2) I had some issues with the assembly (above) and with the lumbar support. Both issues were resolved quickly and easily after contacting the excellent support team. They indicated future changes to the building instructions to reflect my experience. They also quickly fixed an issue with the lumbar support as I didn't know it was adjustable (pictures of the 'high' and 'low' position do not adequately reflect how effective the different positions are). The ability to move the armrests allows me to sit cross-legged in a chair every now and then. Lightweight single-height lever and pivot options. Even if it's not the most comfortable chair when sitting for a long time - LOVE IT!
