I had the same experience as Todd. This thread seems to have inconsistencies when extruding. I can print the same print 5 times and 1 out of 5 prints. I used two separate heads and a brand new one. I've printed with a wide range of PLA and ABS, even before and after this nightmare, and everything is fine. I even have other GizmoDorks PLA and ABS that work with no issues. It's just something with that particular orange translucent PLA. I tried from 180 to 225, no change. Slow/fast, big details, small details, it doesn't matter. Once it's clogged you can manually push it through if you keep heating it, but you'll find that it's very hard, but then after about an inch or so it pushes through easily. Something seems to be inconsistent with the procedure here. I thought some of the clogging was being caused by other threads stuck in the head, but with the new head I still had black burnt bits coming out in random places. Just a very strange thread. Beautiful print colour! To return.
