Review on SentiOne by Carl Morgan

I like that it can be used by different departments within my organization as well as outside vendors. It also provides us with analytics of our social posts which helps improve our marketing efforts. There are some things I would change about this product but they aren't deal breakers. As long as you understand what your looking at when viewing reports in terms of how many impressions/clicks there were then everything should work fine. We use it primarily for monitoring our Facebook page so we know who's engaging with us most often. This has helped me identify groups or individuals that need more attention and direct communication from our team.
