I like that it can pull in all of my social accounts into 1 place so i dont have to log onto each site separately! It also has some really good reporting features which are easy enought o use even if you're not technical at al!.
Some things could be improved but nothing majorly as its still very new product with lots more updates coming soon!! Definitely worth taking time out during your day or week just spend 15 minutes going through everything they offer before choosing what would suit best…

I like that it can be used by different departments within my organization as well as outside vendors. It also provides us with analytics of our social posts which helps improve our marketing efforts. There are some things I would change about this product but they aren't deal breakers.

It makes our jobs easier by automating some of these tasks we used too do manually before which saves us time as well!!
