TRIPOLLO's Disappointing Results

The online shop at TRIPOLLO was a huge letdown for me. My experience was not up to par with their claims of offering the best service and highest quality products. To begin with, I had a hard time navigating their website and locating the items I required. I tried to get in touch with their customer service department, but I only got unhelpful and drawn-out answers. It was annoying that I had to wait so long for a basic response to my inquiry. The items I ordered were of poor quality, so I returned them. They did not live up to my hopes and dreams, nor did they match the online description. Their return policy was unclear and unhelpful when I attempted to make a refund. Getting my money back was a hassle, and I was left feeling annoyed and unhappy. As a whole, I do not think TRIPOLLO's web shop is worth your time. My experience with them as a customer was disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone in need of office materials.
