I bought a router and three kits and then bought five kits to add to my system. Once up and running they appear to be a really reliable quality system. I really like having the app so if I'm not at home I'll be notified in case of a leak. Troika with a router came already assembled. If you're buying a pack of five, read the SWBlake review for additional instructions. Forget the instruction manual as it will take you in circles. The only difference I found was that I had to put my end in front of the SWBlake, so I pressed the bottom button first to get a steady blue light and connect to the gateway. Then I pressed the top red button to turn on the red/blue light and then I pressed the small button on top of the sensor to pair it. With this method, it takes about 30 seconds to pair a new device with your app. So far so good, looking forward to getting the system working so I don't have another flood from an overflowing toilet like I had about a month ago!
