I am the lady who does it myself. There are no instructions for replacing the switch, but I watched YouTube, as did hundreds of others. I was sure that the exchange would take more than an hour. I was so excited that it was replaced in less than 15 minutes. This is the beginning to the end! Involves removing the collar and taking out the old switch, then replacing it with a new switch that attaches the collar. I'm so glad I don't have to hold down the switch to rotate. worth your money. MUCH cheaper than going to a mechanic or dealer. I highly recommend this product.
