You have received a dirty/used filter!

Just missed the return deadline. I opened this after returning home from a trip. The one on the right is the one I deleted from my system and the one on the left is the "new" one! You can tell the difference because one is dry and the other is not. What is h#!? I will no longer buy from this seller. &gt;:[
