I loved the product. In order to get the best backflow visual you have to set them up where there is hardly any air flow otherwise it just doesn't work that great. When using the tall one you need to have it over the smaller one because it does produce this sticky brown stuff that will go on wherever you set it up. It does wash clean easily. You want to clean it after several incense burns because it will start to clog the hole and will not flow well. But it does explain that some in the description which I expected it to happen. I absolutely love how much incense they give you and it smells pretty good. They are very generous with that.
