So ok it was a bit difficult to use with the soft nozzle then I took it off the blower and it didn't come off AT ALL. The release is a very poor design, ended up having to pry it off with a screwdriver as pressing the release buttons DOES NOTHING. A metal ratchet yoke can be used instead. It's amazing how people go to college, get an engineering degree, and then can't even come up with a simple, working design. A big downside and I can see I'm not the only one with this problem. It cleared my gutters and I didn't have to walk up the stairs sooooo much. If I were to buy now I would choose a different brand. You get what you pay for but still expect it to work as intended.
