This product is one of th best around! They are so friendly, courteous an amazing staff with tons oo expertise behind their technology platform they just get what you need when it comes time for your captions or even accessibility needs this team really gets that job done like its nothing!! So far I haven't found anything bad about captionlabi's service as longs ago my business got started working w/them i had no complaints ever again. If one problem arises make sure u give them some attention cause these people know there work. ! Captial labs does everything from training sessions if needed (for non texters), creating subtitles for videos uploaded online through youtube etc., producing professional quality video transcripts where legally required, text-to speech conversion projects such transcoding any type project including dvd menus creation ect.. CaptionLabs is very organized and has a great customer service. They are very responsive and always willing to help. They have a great system for captioning videos and are very knowledgeable. I have nothing to dislike about CaptionLabs. I highly recommend CaptionLabs to anyone looking for a great company to work with. I am using CaptionLabs to caption my videos for my YouTube channel. I have been very happy with their service thus far.
