The team has always been approachable when we have questions or concerns, which is rare in this day and age. They are very proactive as far as responding to our needs. We have been using them for about 5 years now but only recently started noticing a decline in their services. Our account manager, Melissa, was transferred to another position almost immediately after our last project came to completion. Their sales staff seems to be more interested in pushing their own product than providing quality service. If you are searching for an ad network that will provide you with high-quality results and customer service, you should look elsewhere. It's not that they aren't great at what they do - it's just that I've never had any problems with other networks and their prices seem to be competitive.
