Not an air conditioner but a good personal fan

This is not a mini portable air conditioner as advertised. This really is a mini swamp cooler that cools the air in the fan very little. This works well, but you often have to wet the inner material and add cold water/ice. Despite these inconveniences, it worked well as a personal fan.
