Kept frozen for 14 hours.
This was amazing for my 14 hour trip from Las Vegas to Puerto Rico. I took 24 ounces of frozen breast milk on the plane and added fresh breast milk that I pumped on the plane. When I landed the milk was almost completely frozen and I was able to put it in the freezer. It was also great to bring my baby's bottle. It was very good when I was there and didn't last as long as frozen, but it did most of the work on the plane.
