Review on 🌿 Plastic-Free Beeswax Wrap Roll: Sustainable, Reusable, Washable Food Wrap with a Purpose by Tricia Anderson

I finally tried this reusable wrap and I like it for several reasons. I live in Long Beach, California and our small community is very committed to protecting the environment. To do my part, I threw away plastic wrap, plastic bags, and single-use plastic items (like water bottles). I liked the company's mission and the proposition of this product. Pros: The beeswax coated blue cotton roll was longer than I expected (see photo I took on the piano for scale). When trimmed to size, it fitted perfectly into some of my favorite bowls and did a good job of keeping food fresh with little to no condensation. It comes in a slim box and has a lovely waxed rice paper backing which I keep for re-use (perfect for covering the bottom of a travel makeup bag or for pressing flowers/leaves on). . This is a good quality product. You can cut the roll and use as needed, then store the rest back in the box, it fits easily in a pantry or desk drawer. Cons: As with all beeswax products, pay attention to the water temperature when washing/rinsing! The wax base softens when heated and may become sticky. If this happens, rinse with cold water and it will become firm yet flexible again. All in all a great product! 5 Stars.
