GOOD! - Dress them up properly. Winter boots US11.5/X-Large

I use them for US11.5 men's winter boots with padding. Not as big as a pack of boots with removable felt liners, but almost. I use X-Large and they fit and work well. You stay on your boot. I don't really think a strap is needed but I use it anyway. Three rides on these spikes, two of which involve very steep snowy hills. All three rides had icy trails and hard off-piste snow. Great traction everywhere. It would be difficult to climb the very steep hills off the trail, which I did without spikes. With spikes I could only get close, almost didn't need to be picked up with my hand (yeah, very cool). Even the steep, encrusted snow on the slopes could be climbed without any problems. Traces of ice are no problem with these spikes. They stick much better than yak chains and have a lot more traction. Yaks are good for sidewalks, spikes are good for icy/snowy trails and off-road hiking. Very deep snow? Bring snowshoes. However! Be sure to use them properly. I read people saying they broke right away. I can imagine how that will happen if someone doesn't check the fit after putting the shoes on. They can be arranged in such a way that the links of the chain stick out randomly. If you walk in this condition, I think they will break quickly. I put them on my boots and my partner's boots so they are snug enough. This makes them easy to put on and take off. EDITS bought 6 weeks ago used spikes many times: now you have new boots, Oboz Bridger 8 Insulated Waterproof Boots - Men's Size 11Wide. The EIVOTOR XL (L+) lug size fits perfectly and works very well. In warm weather, snow tends to stick to these peaks. This probably isn't a problem as the wet snow is too squishy for the spikes to be good. There are many brands and sellers of these spikes that look pretty much the same on Revain. I found EIVOTOR (not this Amazon seller) to have great customer service when there was a small issue with my spikes. The Revain seller did not reply to my message.
