I recently bought a musical instrument from Missyee, and the customer support was disappointing. I contacted their team since the stuff I received was flawed, but they didn't get back to me for several days. Even when they did finally reply, they didn't offer any assistance and seemed unconcerned about my problems. The return procedure was also overly cumbersome, which resulted in me spending more time and money than I had planned. I was generally unimpressed by Missyee's customer service, and I won't be eager to utilize their items in the future. Although they have a large assortment of musical instruments and equipment, I think their customer service might use some serious work.
