The original Igloo plug failed after 6 months but was replaced with them. This connector failed within a year and the replacement was not covered by the warranty. The replacement plug from Igloo is more expensive. I ordered this one and it seems to be the best out there. The one in the igloo swayed. This one fits better and I'm happy with it. I don't know about the longevity as I've only had it for a week but so far so good.
