I like the leash, because of its size (1/2 inch), it is definitely harder for my Shetland Sheepdog to chew. But, it has a rubber covering over the part of the leash that is folded over and sown, where it connects to the clip. My dog has already destroyed the rubber covering, exposing the part of the leash that hold the clip. So far, she hasn't been able to chew herself loose, but it bears watching. Also, the reflective part of the leash is very slight. I don't think I would rely on this alone for drivers to spot my dog when I walk her.
