I really love this pillow. to the point where I don't need a fancy mattress to get a good night's sleep. I seem to wake up quite refreshed and don't notice myself tossing and turning. It's very soft and plush. You're not fully immersed in it, but almost. I love that it wraps around you and cradles you on either side. You can use the middle section either under your head or if you flip it over it can go under your knees to help with back pain. In any case, it is convenient. You can lie fully on your back or, if you're like me and not used to it, partially on your side, propped up on a pillow. The pillow is BIG. If you are a single person it's fine, but I'm not sure if the two of you would fit comfortably in a regular sized bed. Bottom line, it's comfortable and I wasn't expecting to like it so much. I think I'll end up buying another one.
