NOT oiled - office furniture & lighting

They work great - let's see if the doors slam again next time I have my windows open. They lose points for being black, NOT oil rubbed bronze. Also, they took another star for the lack of instructions, and in fact there are no instructions to be found anywhere. It's mostly obvious how to install them, but they don't tell you what you should do with the anchor or when you need it. I haven't used it, three screws I think would be good. I'll guess what size hole to drill for the anchor if I ever need one.
