Everyone is different, what works for some may not work for others. This is a great adult toy that is easy to clean, doesn't get "sticky" like some and can be used with silicone lube. The only 'problem' is that for some it's not 'put on and forget', if not held it can twist or twist depending on what you're doing and again everyone is different but the handle may be too big for some to sit on while using this.
