Review on Safco Products 3491BL Office Chair by Jenn Arnold

I bought this chair in December 2021. It was very durable and of excellent quality. In May 2021 one of the wheels broke. I emailed the manufacturer to see if I could purchase another castor as the chair is still in great condition and otherwise has not yet needed replacing. The manufacturer replied within 24 hours and said they would send me one for free! About a week later they sent me a whole set of new chair casters for free, so now I have extra spares. Such great customer service and great product quality. If I ever need to replace it I will buy the same brand again.
