The alarm system arrived on time and includes everything you need for immediate setup. Even batteries included. As well as the small screwdriver needed to open the sensor and insert the batteries. Things don't seem flimsy, the materials are premium. I needed a warning system that would work at least 200ft downhill from an RV that was overgrown with bushes and tall weeds. This system is said to work up to 1000 feet and it works great at my location. I left the volume of the receiver on the factory setting and it is LOUD, picks me up immediately at night even though the receiver is in the kitchen. You can choose different tones/announcements/ringtones including police siren. The sensitivity of the sensor is spot on, it just doesn't work because some branches are moving in the wind. My sensor points to an area overgrown with bushes and only reacts to passing animals, which is exactly what I need. I used to buy a Chamberlain system for over $20 more. Not only did the sensor fail after a summer, but the alarm volume was very low and barely audible unless you were in the same room as the receiver. I am very happy with this system and if I need more sensors then 4 sensors can be ordered and connected which will warn in different colors and indicate which spot is being triggered. Excellent purchase!
