Perfect fit - wasn't sure if it would fit my 1995 diesel camper van but it worked. Needed a replacement after losing the old cap but this one was a big upgrade thanks to the green/DIESEL ENGINE label for added insurance against accidental gas filling and the locking mechanism still works great. Now I worry less about my 85 gallon diesel being stolen or contaminated. If you're interested in the fitment, I know it will fit a variety of pickups (can't tell for sure), but my application is a 1995 Class A National RV (diesel pushrod). The '94 Oshkosh chassis (later merged with the Freightliner) has many Ford components. The tank filler neck is wider than pickups (unlike most pickups, I can fill up with big rig pumps) so I was afraid it wouldn't work, but the hole finish and threads seem to match perfectly.
